Before you begin:

Honest answers come out of honest reflection, and that takes a few minutes of breathing, praying, and remembering that you're not being graded — you're being heard. We've seen God do real work in this kind of pause.

Your responses stay private. We only look at the broader picture across churches, never individual answers, so feel free to be honest.

This assessment takes about 15–20 minutes. Start by taking it personally, then invite your team in — it works best when multiple people on your team take it, so you end up with a shared picture of where your church actually stands, not just one leader's view.

If you're leading this for your church

Take it first. You'll go through the assessment yourself before sending it to your team.
Hold on to your Church ID. When you finish, you'll get your own results plus a unique code. That code is how everyone else's responses get tied to your church report.
Share the assessment with your team. When you finish, you'll get a link. Copy it or use the share button to send it however you reach people, whether that's text, email, or a group chat. Send it to staff, elders, key volunteers, anyone whose perspective should be in the picture. Anyone who opens the link is tied to your church automatically, so the answers roll up into one shared report instead of separate snapshots. Prefer a full email? There's ready-made copy for that too.
Set a deadline. A week or two works for most teams. Don't rush it — shared clarity is the point.
An IC team member walks you through the results. Once your team is done, we'll pull the consolidated group report and set up a conversation. That walkthrough is where the data comes to life — we'll help you see what the patterns mean for your specific church and what your strongest next step looks like.

If you're a team member who got invited

When you click the leader's invite link, your Church Name and Church ID are filled in for you. Take a quick look at both — the church name is auto-derived from the code, so it may need a small tweak to match how you'd actually write it. If the Church ID is empty, ask whoever invited you for the code.

If you've taken this before

Welcome back. We'll generate a new Church ID for this round so it stays grouped as a fresh snapshot. Your earlier responses stay preserved exactly as they were — nothing gets overwritten — so you can see how things have shifted over time.
